Here is the lost Psycho Ranger; Psycho white.

Background: Psycho white was to be the 6th psycho ranger to the original team of Psycho rangers. but Astronema's team ran low on supplies to build psycho white, and with the power rangers closing in on Zordon's location also ran out of time as well.

So only the suit was completed but astronema harnessed Psycho Whites powers into a large silver fang so one day Psycho white would help destroy the rangers. after the defeat of the psycho rangers Astronema put psycho whites completion on hold to destroy Dark spector.

Cut to several months later (during the lost galaxy rangers season,)Where Kerone discovers Psycho whites power coin and decides to get rid of it. Trakeena notices and sends down deviot to retrieve it despite the rangers attempt to stop him. With the coin in her clutches, Trakenna decides that instead of Robots she would select a human candidate.

Enter Brian Micheals, a security guard on terra venture. He discovers one day his parents are abducted by an unknown kidnapper. Upset Brian agrees to team up with Trakeena in an effort to find them on the Condition he does anything she says.

So begins the story...but brian seems to have picked up the essence of another person in his mind...
